Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to the information you share with us through transformativip.ai — including the contact form. We've kept it short, plain, and accurate.

Effective: June 14, 2026Last updated: June 14, 2026Operated by: Transformativ IP, LLC

The short version

  • The only information we collect is what you type into our contact form.
  • We use it to match you to information that's relevant to your industry — for example, healthcare inquiries receive material on HIPAA; financial-services inquiries receive material on FDX. The content is general, not personalized.
  • One product-analytics tool (PostHog) helps us understand aggregate site usage. No advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no selling data.
  • We don't sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

01 Who we are

TransformativIP is operated by Transformativ IP, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), located at 1309 Coffeen Ave., STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. We are a software development and regulatory-compliance services company, and an OEM reseller and distributor of post-quantum cryptography solutions. This policy covers the public website at www.transformativip.ai. Our CRM and project-management applications have their own separate privacy policies.

02 What we collect

From the contact form

We collect only what you choose to type into the form on our website:

  • Full name (required)
  • Company (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Telephone number (optional)
  • The message you send us (required)

If you opt in to a newsletter or similar communication in the future, we'll collect your email address for that purpose; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Automatically, when you visit

Like virtually any website, our servers see basic technical information when your browser requests a page — your IP address, the type of browser and device you're using, and the page you came from. We use this for security, to keep the site working, and for cookie-free, server-side statistics (page views, country, referrer) that don't identify individual visitors.

What we don't collect

  • We don't require accounts, logins, or passwords on the public website.
  • We don't collect payment information on this site.
  • We don't pull data from your social media profiles.
  • We don't use cookies to track your browsing behavior across the web.

03 How we use it

We use the information from the contact form for one main purpose: to figure out the most useful way to respond to you. Our work — regulatory compliance, post-quantum cryptography, and secure systems for software development partners and public-sector clients — touches very different industries. What's relevant to a healthcare CTO is different from what's relevant to a county sheriff's office or a fintech founder.

So when you tell us your company and the challenge you're facing, we use that to:

  • Identify the industry you're in, so we can match you to information that's relevant to it. For example, a healthcare inquiry typically receives material on HIPAA and the 21st Century Cures Act; a financial-services inquiry typically receives material on FDX and related regulations. The materials themselves are general and educational — they are not personalized to you or your company, and they are not confidential.
  • Reply to you by email or phone, depending on what you provided.
  • Send materials you've asked for, such as briefings on a specific compliance regime, or information about our partners' offerings where it's a fit.
  • Keep a business record of our communications with you.

In other words, we sort inquiries by industry so the conversation is useful from the first email; we don't build profiles about you as an individual. We do not use your information for advertising, automated decision-making with legal effects, training generalized AI models, or selling to data brokers.

04 Cookies and tracking

We use cookies sparingly, and we tell you exactly what for. There are two categories on this site:

Functional cookies

Small cookies needed for the site to work — for example, the security token your browser uses to submit the contact form without being spoofed (CSRF protection). These don't identify you.

Product analytics (PostHog)

We use PostHog, a privacy-respecting product-analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate — which pages are read, where people drop off, what's working and what isn't. This is how we improve the site. PostHog sets a cookie (typically named ph_phc_*) that assigns your browser a random identifier so repeat visits aren't double-counted.

PostHog data is processed on our behalf under contract. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, not combined with data from other websites, and not used to build a marketing profile of you. If you'd prefer we exclude your visits from analytics, email privacy@transformativip.ai and we will.

What we don't use

To be specific, this site does not deploy:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) or Google Tag Manager.
  • Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or LinkedIn Insight Tag.
  • Hotjar, FullStory, or any session-replay tool.
  • Advertising or retargeting cookies of any kind.
  • Cross-site behavioral tracking.

If we ever add tracking beyond what's described here, we will update this policy first and request consent where the law requires it.

05 Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information from the contact form only in these limited situations:

  • Inside our company, with the staff who will respond to you or prepare materials for your follow-up.
  • With service providers who help us run the site or deliver email on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.
  • With partners, only with your knowledge. If responding to your inquiry would mean involving one of our partners — for example our post-quantum cryptography supplier, or our drone command-and-control partner — we will tell you that's the case before passing your information to them, and only share what's necessary.
  • For legal reasons, when we must comply with a law, court order, or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • In a business transfer, if Transformativ IP, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will give appropriate notice before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

06 How long we keep it

We keep contact-form submissions for up to two years, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. If you become a client, communications related to our work together may be retained longer for legitimate business and legal reasons (for example, contracts and tax records), as described in the agreement you sign with us. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Our data is stored on servers located in the United States.

07 Your rights

You can ask us to do any of the following with the personal information you've shared:

  • Access — get a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Correct— fix anything that's wrong or out of date.
  • Delete — have it permanently removed (see the next section).
  • Object — tell us to stop using it for a particular purpose.
  • Port — receive it in a machine-readable format.

We honor these requests for everyone, regardless of where you live, not just people covered by GDPR or the CCPA. If you live somewhere that gives you additional rights — such as lodging a complaint with a regulator — we'll respect those as the law requires and won't discriminate against you for using them.

08 Deleting your data

Because this site has no user accounts, deletion is handled by email. Send a message to privacy@transformativip.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, from the email address you used on the form. We will:

  1. Confirm the email matches our records to verify you.
  2. Locate and permanently delete the information associated with that email address.
  3. Reply to confirm deletion, normally within 30 days.

If we can't verify it's you (for example, you no longer have access to the email you used), we may ask for limited additional information before proceeding.

09 How we protect it

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a site that collects business-inquiry information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for everything in transit, access controls limiting who on our team can read submissions, and routine security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; if you have concerns about the security of your data or believe something has gone wrong, please contact us at privacy@transformativip.ai.

10Children's privacy

This website is intended for business use and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our contact form, email privacy@transformativip.aiand we'll remove it promptly.

12 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves or as the law changes. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. We won't materially change how we use information you've already given us without notifying you and, where the law requires, asking your permission.
